Delfini2 provides expert consulting on all customs matters, including tariff classification of goods, application of special customs regimes (transit, customs warehousing, inward and outward processing, export, import), benefits under international trade agreements, and compliance with import and export regulations. We assist clients in optimizing customs costs and correctly applying preferential origin rules (advising clients on the use of the EUR1 Certificate, which in the vast majority of cases results in a full reduction of customs duties).

We handle the preparation and management of all documents required for import/export operations: • customs declarations • transport documents (bills of lading, CMR, AWB) • certificates of origin • sanitary and phytosanitary certificates • import licenses • documents for restricted goods. We ensure accuracy and completeness of documentation to avoid delays and penalties.

Delfini2 handles the filing of import customs declarations for all types of goods entering the territory of Albania, both through the customs border points of seaports and through land border customs points. We operate in Durrës, Tirana, Rinas, Vlorë, Lezhë, Hani i Hotit, Kapshticë, Morinë, Qafë-Thanë, Kakavijë, Qafë Botë.

Management of customs transit and export operations, both national and international: the movement of goods under transit regime from border points to the destination customs office where clearance and unloading will take place, the international transit of foreign goods, as well as the export of Albanian goods or the re-export of foreign goods.

Customs warehousing services and management of goods under temporary custody regime: filing the customs declaration for entry of goods into the customs warehouse and filing the customs declaration for exit of goods from the warehouse. This also covers direct export from the customs warehouse to customs border points (for cases of exporting foreign goods from customs warehouses to their final destination).

Delfini2 assists in filing the import customs declaration for goods entering Albanian territory for processing, and simultaneously handles the filing of the export customs declaration for the processed or finished goods returned to their proper destination outside Albania. We provide customs consulting on how to complete the documentation for the export of finished products processed in inward processing facilities (toll manufacturing workshops).
